What the sitting costs, and what changes the figure.
You are paying for the planner’s time and the written pages. The telephone check that a sitting fits has no fee. Nothing on this page is a product subscription. A sitting is confirmed only after the quote is accepted in writing.

What moves a quote
One education pathway means one child’s route through the years you ask us to write, or one shared route if two children are in the same school with the same pattern of charges. A second school, a university comparison, or fees quoted to you in a currency other than baht changes the work, so it changes the figure before we begin.
A blended household — fees split with a former spouse, or a grandparent who pays one child and not another — is still the Family Education Savings Plan. We say so in the quote if the first telephone call shows the paper will take longer than the standard three sittings.
Deposit
Thirty percent of the quoted fee holds the date. The balance is due when the written work is handed over. For the University Cost Briefing, which is a single sitting, the balance is due at the end of that sitting. Refunds, no-shows, and rescheduling are set out on the cancellations page.
What we never put on the invoice
There is no charge for the first short telephone call, for declining a home visit, or for being told that a fee calendar is enough and a full plan is not. We do not add a fee for “opening a file” beyond the sitting you agreed.
