Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of neuronanchor.click and the education savings sittings arranged with Neuron Anchor Financial Planning. They were last revised on 20 September 2026.

The practice

The official registered business name is Neuron Anchor Financial Planning. The office is at Tambon Khok Chian, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. Telephone 073528471. Email info@neuronanchor.click. The practice was established in 2015 and prepares education savings plans and related sittings for families.

Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms for your use of the pages. A sitting is accepted only when we send a written quote and you confirm it, including the deposit. A telephone enquiry does not by itself create a paid engagement.

What a sitting is

A sitting is a planning conversation and, where the quote says so, a written fee calendar, cost sheet, or education savings plan. It is prepared from papers and figures you provide and from fee notices you or the institution have published. Insurance, funds, gold, tax returns, and school applications stay with the organisations that handle them. Admission, scholarships, and any future savings balance remain outside the plan.

Fees

Fees are quoted in Thai baht before a date is held. The figures on the fees page are the ordinary basis; your quote may differ if you ask for extra pathways, study outside Thailand, or travel beyond Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat. A deposit of 30 percent of the quoted fee holds the date. The balance is due when the written work is handed over, or at the end of a single sitting when that is what was booked. Your figures

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, statements, and household figures you give us. If a school changes a notice after the plan is handed over, the plan stays as a record of the date it was written until a yearly sitting updates it. We may decline or pause an engagement if the papers needed for the sitting are not provided.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and plan structure on this website belong to Neuron Anchor Financial Planning. You may not copy the site pages for a competing practice. The written plan prepared for your household is licensed to that household for its own education planning. You may share it with a spouse, a grandparent who contributes to fees, or a professional you have hired. You may not publish it or sell it. Your own invoices, statements, and personal figures remain yours.

Liability

Planning depends on the information available at the sitting. We are not liable for a school’s later fee change, an investment result, a refused admission, or a household decision to pause a set-aside. To the extent Thai law allows, our liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud.

Website use

The pages are information about the practice. Fees shown are a guide until a quote is issued. You will not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or present it as your own. We may update the pages; the current text is the text displayed on the day you read it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If a clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
