Family Education Savings Plan
Three sittings over about six weeks. The household leaves with a written plan that lines school and university costs up against money that can actually be set aside.
Who it is for
Parents and guardians in and around Narathiwat who are paying school costs now, or who can see a university year coming, and want those costs written down in baht beside the household's real month.
What you leave with
A paper plan the family keeps: a fee calendar, a monthly set-aside they agree they can live with, notes on savings they already hold, and a month of the year when the figures will be sat with again.
Who prepares it
Prepared by a planner at Neuron Anchor Financial Planning. Laila Sama-ae leads most full plans; Anan Chaiprasit joins when a pathway is already in upper secondary.
How the sitting runs
- Telephone check. We ask how many children are in school, which kind of school, and whether anyone is in Mathayom 4 or above. If a shorter sitting would serve, we say so.
- Paper sitting. About ninety minutes at the office in Tambon Khok Chian, or at home inside Mueang Narathiwat. Term invoices, the savings book, and a plain list of the month's unavoidable spending stay on the table.
- Draft in writing. Within two weeks the family receives a draft: fees by term, a proposed monthly set-aside, and a note on any education policy or deposit already in the household's name.
- Confirmation sitting. We change numbers the family does not recognise. A shop that slows in the rains, a shared house, or a fee paid by a grandparent is written in only after the household agrees the wording.
- Handover. The family keeps the plan. The balance of the fee is due when the plan is handed over. The review month is written on the first page.
Included
- A short telephone conversation to confirm a full plan is the right sitting
- A first sitting of about ninety minutes with invoices, a savings book, and a recent month of household spending
- A draft written plan within two weeks of that sitting
- A confirmation sitting to correct figures and agree the review month
- One follow-up telephone call in the month after the plan is handed over
- One printed copy and one copy sent to the email address the family names
Left outside this sitting
- Selling insurance, funds, gold, or any savings product
- Tax returns, school applications, visas, or guardianship papers
- Trading, account passwords, or card numbers — we do not ask for them
- A promise of school admission, a scholarship, or a future balance
- Home visits outside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, unless travel is quoted and accepted first
Where and how long
Khok Chian office, or a home visit inside Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat. Duration: About six weeks.
What to bring
- The latest school invoice for each child, including van, meals, or activity lines if they are billed with fees
- A savings book or the latest statement for any account meant for education
- The name of any education policy already being paid, and the monthly premium, if you know it
- A rough picture of one ordinary month: income that arrived, and spending that could not be skipped
- University fee sheets only if a student is already in Mathayom 4 or above
Fee
18,000 THB covers one education pathway. Each additional pathway is 4,500 THB. A comparison with study outside Thailand adds 3,000 THB. The figure is confirmed in writing before the date is held. A deposit of 30 percent holds the date. The balance is due when the written work is handed over. Cancellations follow the refund terms.
Limits of the paper
The plan uses the fee sheets and household figures you bring. It is a planning document, not a forecast of investment growth and not an instruction to buy a product. If a school changes its invoice after we write, the yearly sitting is the place to revise the calendar. Households with fees in a currency other than baht should say so on the enquiry; that comparison is quoted before work starts.
Next step
Ask for a first sitting and name how many education pathways you want in the plan. Write to the office or telephone 073528471.
