Cancellations and refunds

Neuron Anchor Financial Planning charges for sittings and written plans. We do not sell goods, and we do not take payment for a product to be delivered. This page covers deposits, cancelled dates, no-shows, and work already started. Last revised 20 September 2026.

Eligibility

A refund applies to a fee or deposit paid for a Family Education Savings Plan, a School Fee Calendar, a University Cost Briefing, or a Yearly Plan Sitting. The telephone check before a quote has no fee and nothing to refund.

Deposits

Thirty percent of the quoted fee holds the date. It is paid by bank transfer to the account named on the quote. The balance is not taken until the written work is handed over, except for the University Cost Briefing, where the balance is due at the end of the single sitting.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel five or more working days before the first sitting, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel with fewer than five working days and we have not started the written draft, the deposit is kept and any unpaid balance is not charged. If a draft has already been written, you are charged for the work done, as set out below, and the rest of any amount already paid is refunded.

Rescheduling

You may move a sitting once, without a fee, if you tell us at least three working days ahead and the new date falls within thirty days. A second move, or a move with less notice, is treated as a cancellation of that date. We will offer one alternative date before treating the deposit as kept.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not tell us beforehand, the deposit is kept. We offer one rescheduled date within thirty days. If that date is also missed, the engagement ends and the unpaid balance is not charged. Work already written, if any, is handled as started work.

Work already started

Once the first sitting has taken place, the deposit and the portion of the fee that covers the sitting and any draft already prepared are not refunded. Later sittings that have not happened, and pages not yet written, are refunded if you stop the engagement. For a full plan quoted at 18,000 THB, the first sitting and draft are treated as 10,000 THB of the fee; the confirmation sitting is the remainder. Other sittings are split in the quote so you can see the started portion before you pay the deposit.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund of money already paid is made when we cancel, when you cancel in time under the five-day rule, or when serious illness in the household, shown by a note you are willing to share, stops a sitting that has not yet produced a draft. A partial refund is the paid amount minus the started-work portion. Materials are not a separate charge: the printed plan is part of the sitting, and there is no goods delivery to send back.

How to ask

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid to the same bank account the deposit came from, within 14 working days of the day we confirm the amount. We do not refund in cash at the office. If the original transfer came from an account you no longer hold, we will ask for a written instruction naming the replacement account in the same household.

If we cancel

If the planner cannot attend and we cannot offer another date within fourteen days, every amount you have paid for that sitting is refunded, including work that was in draft, unless you prefer to wait for a later date.
