Privacy notice
This notice explains how Neuron Anchor Financial Planning handles personal information when you use neuronanchor.click or ask for an education savings sitting. It was last revised on 20 September 2026.
Data controller
The data controller is Neuron Anchor Financial Planning, Tambon Khok Chian, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. Email info@neuronanchor.click. Telephone 073528471.
What we collect
If you send the sitting form, we collect your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date if you give one, the school stage you select, and the message you write. If you telephone, we collect the same kinds of details from the conversation. During a sitting we collect the household figures you choose to bring: invoices, savings notes, and who contributes to fees. We do not ask for bank passwords, card numbers, or national identity numbers to book a sitting.
The website also stores a cookie choice in your browser, described in the cookie notice. Server logs held by our host may include an IP address and the page requested.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to quote a sitting, and to arrange the date. We use household figures to write the plan or calendar you asked for. We use the cookie choice to remember whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract for a sitting, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping a professional record, and consent where the cookie notice asks for it.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become a sitting are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Planning files for a completed sitting are kept for seven years as a professional record of what was advised, unless a longer period is required by Thai law, and then deleted or returned. You may ask us to return your invoices at the end of a sitting; we keep the plan we wrote, not your original receipts, unless you ask us to hold copies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We do not pass household figures to a bank, insurer, or school. A host or email provider may process messages so that we can receive them. If Thai law requires disclosure to a competent authority, we will disclose only what that law requires.
International transfers
The practice is in Thailand and the office records are kept there. Email and website hosting may be operated from outside Thailand. Where a transfer of an enquiry or a log occurs, we rely on the provider’s contractual commitments and on the safeguards recognised under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act. You may ask us which provider holds the site mail.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that applies. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the site’s stored choice, as described in the cookie notice. We may refuse a request where the law allows us to keep a professional record, and we will explain the refusal.
Complaints
Write first to info@neuronanchor.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
